Family Law Associate (0-10 year call)

BM Law Corporation is a Criminal Defence and Family Law firm in Vancouver seeking an ambitious and diligent Family Law Associate. To excel in this role, you must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC, display a passion for family law, embody a strong work ethic, possess exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail and ideally have experience in a wide range of family law matters. The successful candidate should have a litigation background, experience with support and custody matters as well as exposure to property and debt division issues. Having an active client base is an asset but not a requirement.

Remuneration package is very competitive and commensurate with level of experience. The successful candidate will gain knowledge and practical experience in many areas, including attending court, meeting with clients, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
