Associate

BM Law Corporation is seeking an ambitious and diligent Associate. To excel in this role, you must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC, have experience in a wide range of criminal defence and/or family law matters, display a passion for criminal defence and/or family law, embody a strong work ethic and possess exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail. The successful candidate should have a litigation background, and relevant experience. Having an active client base is an asset but not a requirement.

Position start date can be immediate. Travel within British Columbia is required. Articling Student

BM Law Corporation is seeking an ambitious and diligent articling student. To excel in this role, you must display a passion for Criminal defence, Family Law and/or Estate Law, an interest in gaining courtroom experience, a strong work ethic, and exceptional critical thinking. The successful candidate will gain knowledge and practical experience in many areas, including attending court, meeting with clients, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.

Travel within British Columbia is required.
